This Week in Privacy is a livestream series produced by Privacy Guides that covers the latest news and developments in data privacy, surveillance, and digital rights. The show features analysis and commentary on the most important privacy-related stories of the week, as well as Q&A sessions with viewers, and a showcase section of new initiatives in the privacy space.

This goal represents the operational costs for producing and maintaining the This Week in Privacy livestream series in 2026, including research, production, and editing costs for clips and other promotion. We believe that providing regular, high-quality content on privacy issues is crucial for raising awareness and empowering individuals to take action to protect their privacy rights.

Our weekly show is primarily funded by general donations and monthly membership support. Reaching this goal earlier in the year will ensure we can continue to produce the show without interruption, and allow us to invest in improving the production quality and reach of the show.
